Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma in any field with at least 6 years of proven sales experience, preferably within a related industry.
  • Demonstrate a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with quantifiable results to showcase success.
  • Exhibit exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and secure profitable deals.
  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, capable of effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and results-oriented approach, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams in Singapore.

Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Singapore market, leveraging market research and networking to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis of prospective clients to understand their business objectives and tailor solutions that align with their specific requirements.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition and competitive advantages.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records and activity reports within the CRM system, providing regular updates to the sales manager on progress and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment on sales strategies and customer feedback, contributing to continuous improvement of offerings.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a strong understanding of the market landscape and identify new opportunities for growth.
