Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Development:

  • Identify and capture premium EV sales opportunities for Denza's luxury electric vehicle lineup in Singapore.
  • Develop targeted sales strategies for high-net-worth individuals, corporate fleets, and luxury car buyers.
  • Build networks through exclusive events, private showcases, and personal referrals.

2. Client Engagement:

  • Provide bespoke, high-touch product demonstrations and consultations.
  • Deliver tailored ownership solutions that emphasize Denza's premium craftsmanship, cutting-edge technology, and prestige.
  • Negotiate and close deals with a focus on discreet, concierge-style customer service.

3. Market Intelligence:

  • Stay ahead of luxury EV market developments, competitor launches, and affluent consumer trends.
  • Provide strategic feedback to management to enhance brand positioning and product desirability.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate lasting relationships with high-value clients.
  • Proactively anticipate customer needs and deliver post-purchase follow-up to exceed expectations.

5. Sales Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and confidential customer and sales records using CRM tools.
  • Prepare detailed reports and premium market forecasts for management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of premium or luxury automotive sales experience (EV experience highly preferred).
  • Strong track record of engaging high-net-worth clients and achieving top-tier sales results.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of Singapore's luxury automotive market and emerging EV trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
