Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue residential and hospitality projects across all segments.

  • Secure specification and product adoption in every viable project, regardless of scale, with a strong focus on long-term mega-project targets.

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline through close collaboration with developers, consultants, architects, and design firms.

  • Lead impactful product presentations and technical briefings to project owners, developers, architects, and interior designers.

  • Communicate the company's value proposition clearly in terms of design, innovation, cost efficiency, and sustainability.

  • Oversee and support the interior designer and distributor sales teams to ensure project alignment and target delivery.

  • Strengthen ID engagement programs and distributor capability to represent the company effectively in diverse segments.

  • Provide guidance and sales tools to support closing both mid-range and large-scale projects.

  • Build early-stage relationships to secure product specification at the design phase.

  • Define sales strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives - capturing all feasible opportunities while working toward mega-project wins.

  • Track project opportunities, conversion rates, and customer engagement via CRM and regular reporting.

  • Champion the company brand across all market tiers, with strong positioning in condominiums, apartments, and hotels.

  • Work closely with marketing to activate brand presence via events, seminars, design showcases, and digital platforms.

  • Ensure consistent messaging and product representation across all channels.

  • Monitor market trends and provide strategic input for product development and marketing direction.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in residential project sales, key account management, preferably within building materials, sanitaryware, or interior product industries.

  • Strong industry network with property developers, architects, consultants, and interior design firms.

  • Demonstrated experience in influencing project specification at early design stage and converting specifications into secured project wins.

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in high-value negotiation and strategic deal closing.

  • Good presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging at senior and executive level.

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market trends, competitor movements, and residential development pipelines.

  • Results-driven with a consistent history of achieving or exceeding revenue and project acquisition targets.
