You will be a part of HPB's Screening Programme Management team under the Planning, Performance and Screening Division, which drives national efforts for early detection of cardiovascular risk and cancers (breast, cervical, colorectal) through the national Healthier SG Screening programmes. Focusing on various aspects of programme management from planning to implementation, you will play an important role in supporting HPB's objective to improve screening uptake amongst the Singaporean population.

[What you will be working on]

As a key member of , you will have the opportunity to wear different hats and cover varying aspects of the programme management.


You will oversee the operational aspects of a key programme namely the breast cancer screening programme. This would comprise regular reviews and updates of the programme, and ensuring screening providers along the entire screening pathway operate and adhere to the Programme's standard operating protocol (SOP).

You will evaluate business needs and work with internal and external stakeholders for smooth programme delivery such as contract management for screening providers, invoicing and payment matters, IT and data management etc.

You will need to be comfortable to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, internal and external and represent HPB at key meetings and events.

You will need to monitor and analyse performance of AI tool used in the Programme, provide timely reporting of this analysis together with appropriate recommendations to relevant workgroups / committees.

[What we are looking for]

An ideal candidate will be a dynamic and self-motivated individual with a relevant Bachelor's Degree (sciences, public health, engineering or related sciences) and with at least 5 years of working experience in healthcare/programme management, stakeholder management and research/ data analytics. The candidate should also possess:

  • The ability to maximise technology, transformation and automation tools strategically to improve daily operations and boost overall productivity

  • Able to assess complex situations, identify gaps or risks in programme delivery, and make evidence-based decisions that drives meaningful outcomes for the screening programmes

  • Able to work well in matrix and highly dynamic teams

  • Agile and able to adapt to change/ troubleshoot

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
