As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities. You will work closely with potential and existing clients to understand their software needs, present solutions, and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain a database of leads and prospects.
- Sales Strategy Execution:Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends.
- Client Relationship Management:Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs.
Act as a trusted advisor, offering tailored software solutions.
- Product Demonstration & Presentation:Present software products and services to clients, explaining features and benefits.
Conduct online or in-person product demonstrations.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals:Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.
- Collaboration with Teams:Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to align on client requirements.
Provide feedback from clients to improve software offerings.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking:Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the software/IT industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
