Role Overview
As a Sales Executive at Pepperwall, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth. You aren't just selling a product; you are a strategic partner to our clients, helping them solve complex challenges with Pepperwall's suite of solutions. You will manage the full sales cyclefrom identifying high-potential leads to negotiating and closing impactful deals.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social selling, and following up on marketing-generated leads.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust and organized sales pipeline using our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), ensuring all interactions and deal stages are documented accurately.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to understand client pain points and present tailored Pepperwall solutions through high-impact presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiation & Closing: Navigate complex procurement processes, handle objections with confidence, and negotiate contract terms to secure long-term partnerships.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to position Pepperwall as a leader in the space.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to refine messaging and the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless handoff after the sale.
