Sales Executive (Growth & Solutions)

JOB SUMMARY

At PDS International, we do not hire order-takers. We build commercial athletes.

As we expand across Southeast Asia, we are looking for driven individuals who want to grow with the business - not just hit monthly targets, but build accounts, expand categories, and develop long-term partnerships.

You will be given the platform, tools, training and regional exposure to develop your commercial skills in safety solutions, engineered systems and industrial applications.

This role is ideal for someone hungry to prove themselves, comfortable learning technical products, and serious about building a long-term career in B2B sales.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

1. Grow & Delvelop Accounts

You are responsible for generating profitable sales growth, not just order volume.

. Increase revenue and gross margin from assigned accounts.

. Develop structured account growth plans to expand product categories.

. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across PPE, engineered solutions and safety systems. Analyse customer purchase behaviour to identify gaps and growth opportunities.

2. Build New Business Pipeline

You are expected to actively hunt for new business. This role requires initiative.

. Develop multi-channel prospecting strategies (calls, referrals, digital outreach, networking, trade events).

. Qualify leads and build a healthy, trackable sales pipeline. Create visibility of opportunities using CRM tools.

. Continuously seek new market segments and emerging industries.

3. Commercial & Market Intelligence

You are expected to think beyond transactions.

. Monitor competitor activities and pricing movements. Provide structured feedback to Sales and Marketing for campaign optimisation.

. Understand customer operational challenges and recommend appropriate safety solutions.

4. End-to-End Sales Ownership

You are responsible from lead to payment. You own the outcome.

. Prepare professional proposals, quotations and tender submissions. Conduct product demonstrations and application briefings.

. Coordinate with operations, supply chain and technical teams to ensure smooth fulfilment.

. Monitor back orders and update customers. Take ownership of accounts receivable collections.

5. CRM Discipline & Forecasting

We operate with data visibility. Stats don't lie.

. Maintain accurate opportunity tracking in CRM. Submit weekly sales activity and pipeline reports.

. Provide rolling 3-6 month sales forecast. Demonstrate accountability for your numbers.
