Business Development
- Identify and approach potential clients in the marine offshore sector.
- Expand customer base through networking, cold calls, and site visits.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Sales & Account Management
- Promote and sell company products and solutions (training will be provided).
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
- Manage accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and timely follow-up.
Client Engagement
- Conduct regular visits to shipyards, offshore contractors, and marine service providers.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term partnerships.
Operational Coordination
- Work closely with logistics and operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor sales pipeline and report progress to management.
- Share market feedback and competitor insights to support business strategy.
Reporting & Targets
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Contribute to overall market growth in the marine offshore segment.
Requirements
- Prior experience in outdoor sales or business development (marine/offshore industry preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently to client sites.
- Product and technical training will be provided.
