Job Responsibilities: Club Relationship Manager

1. Relationship Management & Retention | 客户关系维护与留存

Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP members, building and maintaining long-term, high-trust relationships through personalized service. 担任VIP会员的主要联络人,通过个性化服务建立并维护长期、高信任的客户关系。Proactively manage member feedback and resolve any issues or complaints with discretion and professionalism.主动管理会员反馈,并以谨慎和专业的态度解决任何问题或投诉。

2. Membership Growth & Sales | 会员增长与销售

Identify and pursue potential high-net-worth individuals or corporate leads to expand the club's membership base. 识别并开发潜在的高净值个人或企业客户,以扩大公司的会员基数。

Conduct club tours and presentations for prospective members, effectively communicating the exclusive benefits and value of the club.为潜在会员提供会所参观导览和演示,有效地传达会所的专属权益与价值。

3. Event Coordination & Execution | 活动策划与执行

EN: Collaborate with the operations team to plan and host exclusive member events, such as wine tastings, private dinners, or networking galas. 与运营团队协作,策划并举办专属会员活动,如品酒会、私人晚宴或社交盛典。

Ensure all events meet the club's luxury standards and provide unique networking opportunities for members. 确保所有活动符合会所的豪华标准,并为会员提供独特的社交机会。

Oversee the daily concierge services and ensure all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and exclusivity.

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date member database (CRM) to track preferences, milestones, and engagement levels.
