Position: Sales Executive
Industry: Confinement / Postnatal Care

Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell confinement packages and postnatal services to expecting parents
- Handle enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Conduct centre tours and explain services with professionalism and care
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth client experience
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused personality
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Proficiency in English/Chinese (additional languages are a plus)
- Singaporean/Singapore PR preferred
