Job Description

Essential support to Senior Sales Manager for the Singapore commercial market. The role will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities, cultivating industry relationships, and driving sales growth within the specified market.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years sales experience in specialty bio pharma or Pharmaceutical or specialty medical device industry, experience in plasma products/biologicals is definitely an asset.

• Key account management experience

• Experience in working with patients association and society

• Experience in managing tender products life cycle

Prospect and Leverage Opportunities:

• Actively identify and leverage potential new business opportunities within new and existing customer accounts.

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve sales targets while maintaining and sustaining current sales.

Networking and Relationship Building:

• Establish a strong industry network to nurture relationships and uncover opportunities for product launches and sales growth.

• Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges to drive sales growth while adhering to compliance standards.

Comprehensive Account Planning:

• Strategically develop and execute engagement and account plans to ensure the long-term sustainability of business relationships.

• Coordinate contract and proposal development, including pricing strategies and business case support.

Hospital Contract Management:

• Manage SG hospital tender/contracts intelligently and strategically, including engagements with government and private hospitals.

• Gather competitive intelligence and provide regular reports on market dynamics.

Sales Database Management:

• Create and maintain a comprehensive sales database for each therapeutic area in both government and private markets using CRM software.

Market Analysis and Mapping:

• Map and maintain a matrix of hospitals, doctors, and indications within each therapeutic area.

Market Access Program Development:

• Develop and implement relevant market access programs to secure long-term funding access for our products through ACE agency initiatives (e.g., standard drug listing, MAF, MAF Plus, Rare disease funding, etc.).

Named Patient Request Coordination:

• Collaborate with the Operations team to coordinate Named Patient request projects effectively.

Education

• Bachelor degree in pharmacy, life science, nursing or equivalent, para-medics, matriculated with relevant experience will also be considered
