Sales Executive

We are seeking 2 Sales Executives for KAI RESIDENCES PTE LTD, thefirst licensed premium confinement hotel, offering a one-stop holistic pre- and postpartumcare by a team of experts to rest, heal, rejuvenate, and support mothers while instillingconfidence in them.Pre-requisits:- Female Sales Executive (2 positions) due to our centre services

.- Minimum 01 to 2 years in sales experience

- Bilingual, with fluent speaking in Chinese and able to write will be an added asset

.- Acquire new clients.

- Manage and build strong professional relationships with guests.

- Arrange for facility tour with guest and present sales deck with new guests.

- Support Marketing strategies and brand building

- Good Team Player, collaborate with team members to achieve better results

- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with the internal teams

- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content on XHS 3 times/week

- To assist of any adhoc duties assigned

- Participation of all organised Events by the Company.

- Follow up with phone, email queries
