Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor latest news on Singapore motorcycle industry e.g. COE, new laws.
- Monitor and analyse consumer buying behavior and market demands.
- Actively manage deployment of new customer accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationship and sustainable network of customers.
- Tracking and reporting on dealer visits and forecast on a daily basis.
- Reporting on promotions, prices and competitor prices.
- Communication of new company initiatives and price changes.
- Attend to showroom walk-in customers, web, Facebook and telephone enquiries.
- Be service oriented and well-versed in sales processes, and able to assist customers from walk-in till handing over of motorcycles.
- Have the good knowledge in motorcycles.
- Perform any other related tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or dealer management.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and diligent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possesses a valid Class 2B/2A/2 driving license.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (e.g. for roadshows/events).
