The Sales Executive - Japanese Speaker role offers an opportunity to contribute to corporate sales growth for a company providing copier and office technology solutions. Based in Singapore with a fully onsite working arrangement, the position focuses on developing new business, growing existing accounts, and building long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and canvassing to expand the client base
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, including lease renewals and the upselling of document workflow solutions
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, and prepare tailored proposals to close deals and meet sales targets
- Provide post-sales training and support, and analyse client needs to promote satisfaction and repeat business
- Build long-term client relationships to encourage referrals and maximise revenue from copier and office technology solutions
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline, with prior B2B sales experience, preferably in office equipment or technology
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Business-level Japanese proficiency (essential for internal and external communication)
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach
