Sales Executive - Japanese Speaker

The Sales Executive - Japanese Speaker role offers an opportunity to contribute to corporate sales growth for a company providing copier and office technology solutions. Based in Singapore with a fully onsite working arrangement, the position focuses on developing new business, growing existing accounts, and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and canvassing to expand the client base

• Manage and grow existing client accounts, including lease renewals and the upselling of document workflow solutions

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, and prepare tailored proposals to close deals and meet sales targets

• Provide post-sales training and support, and analyse client needs to promote satisfaction and repeat business

• Build long-term client relationships to encourage referrals and maximise revenue from copier and office technology solutions

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline, with prior B2B sales experience, preferably in office equipment or technology

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Business-level Japanese proficiency for internal and external communication

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach

• Basic monthly salary of SGD 3,000 to SGD 4,000, plus target-based commissions
