Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Executive at Insight Genesis – IGAi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new business opportunities across the platform's core verticals (financial services, HR, education, and health and wellness). Daily activities include managing a sales pipeline, conducting product demos, presenting value propositions, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts with prospective clients. The role will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine messaging, gather feedback from the market, and support smooth onboarding of new customers. The Sales Executive will also track key sales metrics, maintain accurate CRM records, and represent Insight Genesis at virtual events and meetings.

  • Proven skills in B2B sales, business development, and pipeline management, ideally in SaaS, AI, or data-driven platforms.
  • Strong abilities in client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and consultative selling.
  • Comfort presenting complex AI or analytics solutions in clear, outcome-focused language to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with CRM tools, sales reporting, and using data to prioritize accounts and improve conversion rates.
  • Understanding of at least one of the target verticals: financial services, HR/recruitment, education technology, or health and wellness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Self-directed and organized, with the ability to work independently in a fully remote, distributed team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in high-growth startups or emerging markets is a strong plus.
