Drive business growth by developing new customers and executing strategic sales plans to expand our stainless steel market presence in Singapore and Asia.
Responsibilities
- Achieve targeted sales growth by executing effective sales strategies within the stainless steel market
- Develop and secure new customer accounts to expand the company's market reach
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that broadens the customer base and strengthens market presence
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Present detailed sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic sales forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and monitor market shifts by analyzing new products and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven track record as a sales representative or sales manager with consistent achievement or surpassing of sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from planning through to closing deals
- Strong business acumen and industry knowledge relevant to stainless steel markets
