Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand market presence in Singapore's office system furniture industry. You will leverage your professional network and sales expertise to build long-term client relationships and position our solutions as the preferred choice in workplace design and fit-out projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and increase market share in the office system furniture sector
- Cultivate and sustain strong professional relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and corporate clients to secure repeat business and referrals
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation to closing deals
- Collaborate effectively with design, operations, and project management teams to deliver customized solutions that align with client requirements and project specifications
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations for business growth
- Represent Exsto at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the office system furniture industry or construction materials sector
- Established professional network with designers, architects, and corporate clients in Singapore
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate persuasively, negotiate effectively, and present solutions clearly in client-facing contexts
- Self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven approach to managing sales activities independently
- Knowledge of workplace design trends and project cycles to better anticipate client needs and market shifts
