Key Responsibilities
- Cold Calling & Prospecting: Reach out to interior designers, renovation contractors, and even competitor networks to introduce our products and position us as a preferred supplier.
- Lead Conversion: Attend to potential customers who contact us via Facebook, Instagram, or other social platforms and invite them to visit our showroom.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their project needs and recommending suitable products.
- Supplier Partnerships: Promote our products as part of project material options to ensure repeat orders and long-term partnerships.
- Showroom Visits: Assist walk-in customers during showroom viewings, explain product features, and close sales.
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, confident in cold calling.
- Self-motivated, independent, and target-driven.
- Prior experience in sales, interior design, renovation, building materials, or related industries is an advantage.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends if customers visit the showroom.
- Social media savvy is a plus (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).
Compensation
- This is a fully commission-based role - the more you sell, the more you earn.
