We are looking for freelance sales executive, fully commission based, no time commitment, based on own schedule. Suitable for those that are looking for extra income at own schedule.

Those with sales or accounting experience will haveadvantage, but not critical.

We use cloud based accounting software such asXero/Quickbook, and AI tools such as Simple AI to streamline and automate theaccounting process.

Our services include:

1) Accounting

- Full set - AR/AP/GL/Fixed Asset

- Bank Reconciliation

- Management report - P&L and Balance Sheet

- GST computation

- Compilation of financial statements

- Monthly, quarterly or yearly depending on budgetand requirements

2) Company Secretary

- Company Secretary

- Prepare AGM

- Prepare Directors resolutions

- Submit Annual Returns

- Maintain Registers

- Nominee Directors

3) Taxation

- Submit ECI

- Submit Form C/Form C/S
