Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage retail sales channels by building relationships with key retail partners and identifying new business opportunities
- Execute sales strategies and promotional activities to drive product placement, visibility, and sales performance in retail space
- Monitor sales trends, competitor activity, and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to management
- Manage retail inventory by coordinating with partners to ensure optimal stock levels and accurate demand forecasting
- Provide product expertise and training, supporting internal teams and retail partners to ensure smooth sales operation
- Prepare sales and inventory reports, gather market insights, and support product development with customer and industry feedback
- Establish annual, monthly, weekly or daily sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met.
- Any other assigned ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as FMCG sales in handling food products
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in retail industry
- Marketing and sales skills
