Retail Sales Associate (Fashion Footwear)

What You'll Do

. Drive sales and achieve personal and store targets
. Deliver excellent customer service and build long term customer relationships
. Recommend and assist customers in finding the right footwear solutions
. Support daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
. Work collaboratively with team members to create a high performance sales environment
. Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
. Manage and process e commerce orders accurately and efficiently where needed

What We're Looking For

. Self starter who takes ownership of results and customer experience
. Passionate about retail, sales, and customer engagement
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
. Competitive mindset with a strong team focus
. Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast paced environment
. Minimum 1 year of retail experience preferred, ideally in fashion or footwear
. Commitment to a 44 hour work week, including Saturdays and public holidays

Interview Requirement

As part of the selection process, shortlisted candidates will be required to present a short live streaming demonstration during the interview.

This is to assess:
. Confidence and communication style on camera
. Product presentation and storytelling ability
. Ability to engage and interact in a live selling environment
