About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to grow our client base and drive revenue through direct sales, corporate accounts, and cold calling. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of corporate client accounts.
- Conduct direct sales activities, including cold calls, client meetings, and presentations.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue leads to drive revenue.
- Understand client needs and propose customized solutions.
- Recruit, manage, and coordinate promoters for sales activities and events.
- Source and manage venues for sales deployments, activities, and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and resolve client issues.
- Prepare and deliver sales strategies, proposals, and reports.
- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns to enhance retention.
Requirements
- O Levels / ITE / Diploma with at least 1 year of sales experience.
- Proven experience in direct sales, corporate sales, or cold calling preferred.
- Experience in managing promoters or sales teams is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work weekends and Public Holidays when required.
- Knowledge in IT or Telecom sales is an added advantage.
