Sales Executive

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in New York, NY. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and contributing to overall revenue growth. Tasks include prospecting potential customers, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Experience in client prospecting, lead generation, and business development
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and demonstrate results-driven focus
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analysis software
• Knowledge of real estate, property development, or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
