Job Description

  • Planning & achieving sales objectives & monthly sales target
  • To manage existing customer base and develop new customers
  • Able to present and introduce product/ services with in-depth knowledge
  • Liaise and meet up with customers to grow new sales and provide technical support, as and when required
  • Establish and maintain strong rapport with network of contractors/consultants/developers to promote sales
  • Pre-sales preparation such as preparing project budgetary prices, quotations, costings, completion of technical specifications, delivering catalogues and engineering data to customers
  • Collection and follow up of payment
  • Prepare sales and delivery order, update delivery schedule and ensure goods are delivered on schedule, as and when required
  • Attend site meetings, customer complaints and subsequently coordinate and follow up with internal departments to resolve issues
  • Any adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline
  • Sales background with knowledge in air-conditioning industry will be an added advantage
  • Strong salesmanship, customer oriented and results-focused
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must
  • Applicants with own car will be considered with priority
