To manage existing customer base and develop new customers
Able to present and introduce product/ services with in-depth knowledge
Liaise and meet up with customers to grow new sales and provide technical support, as and when required
Establish and maintain strong rapport with network of contractors/consultants/developers to promote sales
Pre-sales preparation such as preparing project budgetary prices, quotations, costings, completion of technical specifications, delivering catalogues and engineering data to customers
Collection and follow up of payment
Prepare sales and delivery order, update delivery schedule and ensure goods are delivered on schedule, as and when required
Attend site meetings, customer complaints and subsequently coordinate and follow up with internal departments to resolve issues
Any adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline
Sales background with knowledge in air-conditioning industry will be an added advantage
Strong salesmanship, customer oriented and results-focused
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must
Applicants with own car will be considered with priority
