Role Overview:
The main goal of this role is to sell coffee beans and machines by proactively reaching out to new prospects and nurturing long-term customer relationships. You will be the face of our company, introducing our products to businesses through cold calls, walk-ins, and showroom visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell coffee beans and coffee machines directly to businesses.
- Proactively engage in cold calling and cold walking into offices, shops, and F&B outlets.
- Distribute samples, explain product benefits clearly, and secure follow-up meetings.
- Invite prospects to our coffee machine showroom for demonstrations.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up consistently with customers to close deals and build relationships.
- Provide daily updates and reports to your superior on activities and results.
- Manage your schedule, appointments, and customer follow-ups independently.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience (F&B, office solutions, or related B2B preferred).
- Confident in cold calling and face-to-face sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to manage your time well.
- Must be experienced in customer follow-up and relationship management.
- Bonus: Possess a valid car driving license (for easier client visits).
