MAIN ACTIVITIES/ TASKS:
Perform administrative support to Sales Representative / Personnel in day to day work.
Support Marketing / Sales Personnel in generating of reports, samples request etc.
Generate work order for orders received through BASE system.
Establish delivery priorities for effective planning in meeting customer's requirements.
Liaise with Warehouse and Finance department on delivery activites.
Communicates with all relevant departments pertaining to orders.
Assist superior in other assignment as and when required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum O Level.
Minimum 2 years working experience in similar position.
Possess strong leadership, initiative and self driven personality and able to work independently.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Process strong analytical skills and problems solving skills.
Computer literate.
