Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads and opportunities through cold calls, emails, direct sales, and referrals to expand customer base
- Prepare and provide accurate quotations to customers and follow up to close sales deals
- Source and procure parts required by customers to meet their technical and delivery needs
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales support or order administration
- Secondary, technical education or diploma in any discipline
- Demonstrate a positive and motivating work attitude
- Show strong determination, commitment, and a hardworking approach to support personal and company growth
