Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• To achieve and exceed personal/company sales target and KPIs
• Attend to customers needs and requirements and provide prompt after-sales service
• Actively look and contact prospective customers and customer segments who needs our product/services
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with new and existing clients
• Promote new services to existing and prospective clients
• Prepare tenders documents, quotations, and contracts
• Perform client retention activities and ensure contract renewals are done in a timely manner
• Building of relevant prospects and pipelines
• Work closely with Operation department on customer work orders and bins dispatch, and assist to resolve issues related to the customer
• Assist Accounts Department with payment collection

Requirements:

• Diploma of any field or any other equivalent qualification
• Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate a positive and motivating work attitude
