Responsibilities
- Manage existing customer accounts to achieve sales revenue, profitability, and growth targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence
- Plan and conduct customer visits and meetings to provide technical support and strengthen relationships
- Coordinate and participate in industry trade shows to increase market reach and brand visibility
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to penetrate new markets effectively
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify business opportunities and inform strategy
- Maintain and update sales progress reports to track performance and inform management
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit control to maintain healthy cash flow
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the electronics industry
- Ability to communicate effectively in English for liaising with overseas counterparts
- Resourceful, customer-focused, and results-driven approach to sales
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated and sales-driven mindset to achieve targets independently
- Possession of own vehicle is advantageous for business travel
- Willingness to travel overseas for business purposes
