Technical Officer (Facilities & Maintenance)

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor all activities pertaining to preventive programmes of building or ad-hoc maintenance, facilities and building work

• Liaise with retail mall landlords, contractors, vendors, and relevant authorities with respect to technical & maintenance services, repairs, installation, renovation, reinstatement works and operational support for promotional activities.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company SOPs

• Perform basic troubleshooting and handyman repairs when required

• Maintain records, reports, and service documentation

Role Requirements

• ITC / Diploma in Building, Engineering, or equivalent

• Prior experience in facilities, maintenance, or M&E-related roles is preferred (Candidates without experience are also welcome to apply)

• Able to manage multiple issues concurrently in a fast-paced retail environment

• Strong coordination, organisational, and follow-up skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking contractors
