- Position : Sales Executive (Business Development /Shipping/MUST HAVE FREIGHT) - ALL WELCOME
- Location : Tanjong Penjuru
- Working hours : 5 days work week Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross salary Up to $4500+ Performance Bonus
- Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and through existing contacts.
- Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
- Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
- Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client's specific business needs
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
- Develop a strategy to follow up with leads and determine new opportunities to pursue
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
- Reviewing clients feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
- Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
- Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Shipping/ Freight Industry
