Job Description:
- Maximize and sustain ongoing growth in revenue and profitability.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to improve the overall customer experience.
- Create and implement strategic plans for designated customer accounts.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date account data is maintained in the CRM system to support KPI analysis.
- Proactively advocate for e-commerce and digital tools to support the digital transformation initiatives.
- Support and carry out additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies/Shipping/Logistics-related disciplines.
- Working experience in Freight Forwarding, Container shipping industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
