Job Summary

We seek a driven Sales Executive to identify business opportunities, manage client relationships, and convert leads into projects. Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals and deliver winning solutions in a project-based consulting environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals to expand the client base
  • Respond promptly to client enquiries and qualify sales opportunities to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Manage and prioritize multiple sales opportunities to achieve business growth targets
  • Coordinate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions and pricing for RFPs, tenders, and proposal submissions
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to support client meetings and effectively communicate value propositions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners to drive repeat business
  • Represent PTS at networking events and industry engagements to enhance brand presence
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable feedback for service improvement and positioning
  • Coordinate with consultants and finance teams to follow up on project payment milestones, ensuring timely invoicing and collection
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to support smooth project closure and ensure fulfillment of contractual and commercial obligations
  • Take ownership of the commercial lifecycle of projects from deal closure through final payment collection

Required competencies and certifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
  • Proven experience in project-based or solution sales such as IT, AV, construction, engineering, or consultancy
  • Experience in tendering, RFP responses, or proposal preparation
  • Intermediate understanding of Office IT Physical Infrastructure, Data Center, or Audio & Visual technology

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Commercial awareness including understanding of contracts, pricing, and payment milestones
  • Proactive and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership over sales outcomes
  • Effective coordination skills with internal teams including consultants, engineers, and finance
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities in parallel
