Job Description

. Generate new business leads and expand customer base

. Drive sales by promoting company offerings

. Build and maintain strong client relationships

. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

. Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on enquiries

. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet targets

. Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, operations)

. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback

. Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions

. Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

. Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

. Relevant sales experience (preferably in manufacturing or packaging industry)

. Good communication & interpersonal skills

. Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships

. Self-motivated and results-oriented
