Production support

Required Skills:

• Excellent Verbal and Written Skills
• Excellent Analytical ability
• Good team player who can work comfortably in a multicultural environment
• Exposure to ITIL
• Good knowledge in Tableau, Splunk and tools.
• Scripting skills in writing commands and programs to automate tasks.
• 12 hours shift including weekends (15 to 16 days in a month)
