1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new customers, including retailers, distributors, farms, and online channels
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Expand market presence and increase brand awareness

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Provide professional advice on product selection and usage
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales support

3. Product Knowledge & Advisory

  • Develop strong understanding of organic fertilizers, bio-based products, and pest control solutions
  • Educate customers on product benefits, application methods, and expected results
  • Conduct product demonstrations and site visits when necessary

4. Marketing & Promotion Support

  • Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities
  • Work with influencers, live sellers, and digital platforms where required
  • Gather and report market feedback and competitor insights

5. Sales Operations

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
  • Coordinate with logistics/warehouse for order fulfilment
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery

6. Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends
  • Identify new opportunities and recommend product improvement

7. Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Sales revenue and target achievement
  • Customer acquisition and retention
  • Market expansion
  • Product sell-through performance


Job requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of proven B2B or channel sales experience. Experience in horticulture, landscaping.
  • A fast learner who can stay updated on a growing list of diverse products and technical specifications.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin ability to speak additional languages/dialects is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to travel for field visits and client meetings.
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
