Sun City is a leading provider of integrated facility solutions. We are seeking a sophisticated Strategic Account Manager to spearhead our pre-tender engagement strategy and lead our competitive bidding process. Unlike traditional sales roles, this position focuses on long-cycle relationship architecture-identifying and influencing key stakeholders within Tier-1 commercial and industrial assets before the formal procurement process begins, and personally steering the proposal to a successful win.
Key Responsibilities
. Market Intelligence & Mapping: Identify high-value asset portfolios and map the decision-making unit (DMU) including Property Managers, MCST Councils, and Procurement Heads.
. Pre-Tender Influence: Engage prospects early in the contract lifecycle to conduct needs discovery, positioning our service capabilities as the benchmark for upcoming tender specifications.
. End-to-End Bid Management: Lead the entire submission process once a tender is live. This includes coordinating with technical teams, site walks, pricing strategy, and the final assembly of compelling, high-quality bid documents.
. Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as the primary face of the organization, maintaining an impeccable professional image that aligns with the premium nature of our facility partners.
. Pipeline Nurturing & Closing: Manage a sophisticated CRM of contract expiry dates and incumbent gaps. You are responsible for the lead from the initial cold touchpoint through to the final contract signing and handover.
