Job Description
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contract terms with potential clients to secure business.
- Ensure pricing, terms, and conditions follow company policies and meet client expectations.
- Close deals and assist with onboarding new clients to ensure a smooth transition.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Gather and analyse client feedback to improve products, services, and sales processes.
- Regularly report sales activities, opportunities, and market updates to the Sales Manager.
- Manage sales documents such as proposals, contracts, agreement orders, work orders, and invoices.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Follow up on payments and resolve any pending issues related to contracts or billing.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Superior.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the vending industry or B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong sales focus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Powerpoint a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across departments.
