Sales Executive

Assure Safety Pte Ltd is seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive range of consultancy services, training courses, and digital solutions to clients across Singapore. This is a full-time position based in our Singapore office, offering excellent opportunities for professional growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Actively prospecting and generating new leads through networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing industry contacts
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Presenting and demonstrating our services and solutions to address customer needs and concerns
• Negotiating and closing deals to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Providing exceptional customer service and ongoing client support
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Continuously updating your knowledge of our offerings and staying informed about industry trends

What We're Looking For

. Minimum 2 years success in a Hunter-style sales, preferably in consultancy, training, or professional services

. Fearless in cold outreach, networking, and opening conversations from scratch

. Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed quotas and close net-new business

. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with proven ability to win competitive deals

. Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion abilities

. Proficient in CRM and sales tools to drive pipeline discipline and performance tracking

. Relentless, self-motivated, and target-obsessed, with the mindset of a closer

. A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
