Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a self-motivated Indoor Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through outbound telephone and email communication. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, achieving individual sales targets, and ensuring high customer satisfaction - all while handling a consistent volume of daily outbound calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls and send targeted emails daily to prospective and existing customers.
  • Identify customer needs and present appropriate products/solutions to close sales.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly individual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, opportunities, and outcomes in the CRM system.

Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to drive repeat revenue and loyalty.
  • Follow up on leads, quotes, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Proactively address customer questions and concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Initiative & Independence

  • Work independently to plan daily outreach activities without close supervision.
  • Take initiative to seek new sales opportunities within assigned database or market segment.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to sales scripts, email templates, and outreach strategies.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, product) to resolve customer issues.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on customer pain points, objections, and market trends.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in indoor sales, telesales, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered).
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus.
  • Experience selling IT products, services, or B2B solutions is an advantage but not mandatory.

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills - able to build rapport over the phone and via email.
  • Excellent verbal and written English (and local language, if required).
  • Resilience and persistence - comfortable with rejection and able to stay motivated.
  • Basic negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-starter who works well independently.
  • Target-driven and results-oriented.
  • Customer-first mindset.
