Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular site visits, meetings, and presentations.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions by recommending suitable products, systems, and services.
Manage the full sales cycle - from generating leads and preparing proposals to negotiating contracts and closing sales.
Work closely with the Internal Sales and Technical Support teams to prepare quotations, technical documents, and project follow-ups.
Conduct site surveys to gather technical requirements and ensure accurate project scoping.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations that effectively communicate our products or services features and benefits to potential customers.
Monitor project and service progress, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues as they arise.
Participate in tenders, including preparation of sales and technical documentation as required.
Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to our customers, addressing their questions and concerns, ensuring a smooth experience with our products or services.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
Oversee the procurement of materials for assigned projects and tenders, ensuring that the necessary resources are available to meet customer demands.
Requirements:
Higher NITEC or Diploma in relevant Engineering Fields
3 years of relevant working experience preferred
Possesses good communication skills and is able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Meticulous, self-motivated, positive working attitude and multitasking
Preferably possess your own vehicle, petrol card and vehicle allowance will be provided on top of basic salary.
