Responsibilities
. Actively identify, pursue,and develop new business opportunities within assigned General Market accounts.
. Demonstrate relentless pursuitof opportunities, maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects and projects.
. Promote products and engineeringsolutions including instrumentation valves, fittings, tubing products, fluidsystem assemblies and field services.
. Drive specification and adoptionof products within customer facilities and projects.
. Maintain a disciplined pipelinemanagement process using CRM tools.
. Track opportunities, forecastorder bookings, and maintain accurate customer and project information.
. Ensure timely follow-up onquotations, proposals, and customer requests.
. Technical Sales Support withsupport from our tech support and field engineers
. Provide technical recommendationson fluid system components and assemblies.
. Work closely with internalteams including engineering services, customer service, and supply chain to deliversolutions to customers.
. Assist customers in selectingappropriate Swagelok components for reliability, safety, and performance.
Requirements
. Diploma or Degree in Engineering(Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related fields) preferred.
. 2-3 years of sales or applicationengineering experience in industrial products or technical sales.
. Good understanding of industrialmarkets such as pharmaceutical, power, data center, research, or manufacturing sectors.
. Experience using CRM systemsto manage pipeline and customer activities.
. Knowledge of industrial fluidsystems, instrumentation components, valves, fittings, or tubing systems is an advantage.
