We're now looking for a dynamic Sales Manager who can bring Mama's spirit to the market and build strong relationships that drive revenue, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.
What You Will Do
Sales Strategy & Account Management
- Grow revenue across key segments (Corporate, Leisure, Celebrations, Groups, Entertainment).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, travel partners and local market players.
- Create and execute account plans to increase market share.
- Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, client entertainment and networking activities.
- Identify new opportunities and emerging demand trends.
Business Development
- Actively research and pursue new business leads.
- Represent Mama Shelter at trade shows, networking events and industry activities.
- Develop creative proposals and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the Revenue and Marketing teams to maximise conversion and visibility.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, Events, F&B, Culinary and Rooms teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Provide accurate forecasts and market feedback to Revenue Management.
- Contribute ideas for promotions, packages and brand partnerships.
Brand Representation
- Embody Mama's personality in every interaction - bold, warm, original.
- Use storytelling to showcase Mama Shelter's spaces, culture and experiences.
- Ensure all sales activities align with Mama's brand identity and values.
What We're Looking For
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of hotel sales experience, ideally in lifestyle, boutique or full‑service hotels.
- Strong background in corporate or group sales.
- Knowledge of the local market is a major advantage.
Skills
- Strong relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Results‑driven with strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Comfortable using sales systems (CRM, PMS, channel tools, etc.).
- Creative, curious and adaptable - able to think beyond traditional hotel sales.
