Job Descriptions:
- Provide strategic direction and support to existing distributors across Southeast Asia, ensuring alignment with internal Business Unit objectives.
- Develop market-specific strategies in collaboration with distribution partners, tailored to different market segments and regional needs.
- Actively seek opportunities to appoint and nurture new distributors in untapped territories.
- Assist partners in effectively positioning the company's instruments against competing solutions in the market.
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews of distributors and deliver constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Support the distributor network through customer engagements, trainings, exhibitions, and seminars.
- Monitor industry developments and competitor activity, offering timely insights to internal teams.
- Partner with distributors to drive their individual sales targets, contributing to the overall regional revenue goal.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant experience in managing distributors.
- At Least a degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Science (with a foundational understanding of Chemistry).
- Technical knowledge or experience in scientific or analytical instruments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
