Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and customer engagement.
- Manage and grow existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clinicians and hospital staff.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, proposals, and project timelines.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including training and troubleshooting.
- Follow up on leads from trade shows, marketing campaigns, and digital channels.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Prior experience in Engineering or Medical related field would be an added advantage
