- Position: Sales Engineer (Rental Chiller / HVAC)
- Location: Boon Lay (Islandwide travel)
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday | 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $5,000 Basic + $1,000 Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus (Min 2 months, up to 5 months) + 16-21 Days Annual Leave + Medical
- Industry: Refrigerating, Air-conditioning & Ventilation Machinery (MNC)
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow rental chiller services to maximize revenue and account penetration
- Identify and establish new customers through calls, site visits, and networking
- Present turnkey HVAC and rental solutions to potential clients
- Analyze customer needs and identify market opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Manage and grow existing accounts through regular engagement
- Drive awareness and demand for rental chiller services
- Act as liaison between customers and internal teams
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Perform other sales-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, chiller plants, airside systems, or building services
- At least 3 years of sales experience in related industries
- Experience in rental business, construction equipment, or engineering solutions is an advantage
