Job Summary
Engage clients to identify technical challenges and business needs, deliver product presentations, provide technical expertise, and support product installation and troubleshooting in a B2B sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Meet prospective and existing clients to identify technical challenges and business needs to tailor solutions effectively
- Conduct cold calls and walk-in visits to new and potential customers to generate sales opportunities
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations that explain product features, benefits, and problem-solving capabilities
- Collaborate with the service team to provide technical expertise, resolve complex queries, and support deal closure
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and industry trends to advise clients accurately
- Assist with product installation, conduct training sessions, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide weekly activity updates to the Manager to track progress and align sales efforts
- Travel islandwide to conduct 10-20 sales visits daily, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to client engagement
Required competencies and certifications
- Professional Certificate/NiTec, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent
- Valid Class 3 driving license or actively obtaining one
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Entry-level experience or specialization in engineering or related fields
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
