In this role, you will lead the strategic direction for assigned customer accounts on a global scale, acting as the central touchpoint for pricing, new product development, and performance programs. By proactively managing customer relationships and coordinating development activities worldwide, you will help meet key growth and profitability goals while ensuring exceptional delivery and quality standards are met. Your expertise will support Molex in aligning with cutting-edge technologies and fostering long-term business plans to achieve market share and profitability objectives.
Our Team
As a Sales Engineer, you will be part of the Global Sales & Marketing Division, collaborating with a dynamic network of internal and external contacts. Internally, you'll work closely with Global Account Managers (GAM), Sales Managers, Product Marketing Managers, and design engineering teams. Externally, you will engage with customers, distributors, and suppliers to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of their organizations. This role provides a unique opportunity to drive impactful strategies alongside cross-functional, global teams.
